About the Opportunity
As a Finance Graduate, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering insights that support key business decisions across RACV. You’ll gain experience in financial analysis, reporting, and planning, while collaborating with stakeholders to support real business initiatives. Working in a supportive team environment, you’ll build your technical capability and develop strong communication skills. This role will be working between both our CBD and Noble Park offices.
Throughout the program, you will:

Contribute to financial planning and reporting initiatives that support data-informed business decisions

Develop meaningful business insights by analysing data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations

Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support stakeholders across the business
-
Assist in the delivery of change and continuous improvement projects, contributing to real business outcomes

Support governance and control processes to ensure effective, compliant operations
What you’ll need to be successful:
At RACV, we know everyone brings something different. We’re looking for graduates who are analytically minded and eager to build a strong understanding of how our resorts operate, using those insights to inform thoughtful analysis and business improvement.
To be considered for the program, you’ll need:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a focus on Finance, Accounting or Analytics or a related field

To have completed studies by end of 2026 or within the last 2 years

Demonstrate strong curiosity, with a genuine interest in learning, asking questions and understanding how the business operates

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders

Problem-solving skills and an ability to generate practical solutions

Have well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information and draw meaningful insight

Previous work experience in finance, accounting and commerce (desirable)

A valid driver’s licence (successful candidates will need to travel to different RACV Resorts across Victoria)
