About the Opportunity

Join RACV’s Strategy & Architecture team as a Domain Architect focused on shaping our end-to-end customer experience across digital and engagement channels. You’ll define architecture strategy, roadmaps and standards that deliver seamless, modern member interactions across marketing, digital and service platforms.

What you’ll do

• Define and deliver customer experience architecture strategy, roadmaps and standards
• Lead solution architecture across digital, marketing and customer interaction platforms
• Design scalable, cohesive solutions aligned to enterprise architecture
• Partner with senior business and technology leaders across Digital, Marketing and Data
• Facilitate workshops and guide solution design from ideation to delivery
• Lead and mentor a small team of Solution Architects

What you’ll need to be successful

• Strong enterprise architecture background with a focus on customer experience platforms
• Experience across digital, marketing and real-time customer systems
• Proven ability to translate complex technology into business value
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior level
• Experience leading architecture initiatives and delivering large-scale solutions
