About the Opportunity

Join RACV’s Strategy & Architecture team as a Domain Architect specialising in AI, data platforms and analytics. You’ll shape the organisation’s AI & Data architecture strategy and drive initiatives that enhance customer, member and staff experiences through data-driven solutions.

What you’ll do

• Define and deliver AI & Data architecture strategy, roadmaps and standards
• Provide leadership across AI technologies, data warehouse and analytics platforms
• Design scalable AI and data solutions aligned to enterprise architecture
• Partner closely with AI, Data & Analytics teams and senior stakeholders
• Lead architecture design workshops and solution governance
• Lead and mentor a small team of Solution Architects

What you’ll need to be successful

• Deep expertise in AI, data platforms and analytics architecture
• Experience translating AI and data concepts into business outcomes
• Strong stakeholder engagement across business and technology
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale architecture initiatives
• Extensive experience in data platforms and data warehouse architecture
• Proven experience delivering AI solutions and providing thought leadership
• Experience working across enterprise-scale solutions and architecture frameworks
• Strong understanding of modern data, analytics and AI ecosystems
