About the Opportunity
Join our Digital team as a Graduate where you'll use data and insights to help shape and improve RACV's digital channels, partnering with stakeholders to turn insights into meaningful outcomes. Working alongside teams from across the business, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, with the support to learn, grow and contribute from day one.
Throughout the program, you will:

Analyse data and insights to understand customer needs, identify trends and inform digital decisions

Present insights to stakeholders, translating data into meaningful and actionable recommendations
-
Support the delivery of new features and improvements across our digital channels and platforms to improve customer experience

Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and help build the case for change through data and insights

Work with product, UX, marketing and technology teams to test new ideas and measure what works
-
Develop your skills in analytics, problem-solving and communication while getting the chance to make a meaningful impact on RACV’s digital experience
What you’ll need to be successful:
At RACV, we know everyone brings something different. We're looking for analytically minded graduates who are curious, keen to learn, and drawn to digital tools — problem-solvers who can turn insights into better decisions and real business improvement.
To be considered for the program, you’ll need:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field

To have completed studies by end of 2026 or within the last 2 years

Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights and ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders

Be curious and motivated to learn, with a genuine interest in data, digital platforms and customer experience

Communicate insights clearly, translating data into recommendations that can be understood and acted upon
-
Show resilience and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
-
Take ownership of your work, demonstrating accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
-
Previous work experience in Marketing, Commerce, Computer Science, Data Science and customer engagement (desirable)

Successful candidates will need to travel to different RACV Resorts across Victoria

Following a successful video interview, shortlisted candidates may be invited to attend a face-to-face Assessment Centre in October.
