About the Opportunity

 

At RACV, we're focused on delivering exceptional digital experiences for our members. We're looking for a Digital Continuous Improvement Lead – Website to drive the ongoing evolution of our website ecosystem, ensuring digital initiatives are aligned to member needs, business priorities and long-term strategic outcomes.

 

Reporting to the Head of Website Experience, you'll own the website feature backlog, help define delivery roadmaps, and work closely with Product Owners, developers, business stakeholders and digital specialists to translate business requirements into impactful digital experiences. You'll also act as an SME across Adobe platforms, driving continuous improvement, personalisation and best-practice digital delivery.

 

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Lead website continuous improvement initiatives and feature delivery.
  • Define and manage a prioritised website development backlog.
  • Partner with stakeholders to shape digital roadmaps and delivery priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise customer journeys and digital experiences.
  • Provide expertise across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related Adobe technologies.
  • Support personalised digital experiences across website platforms.
  • Deliver reporting, training, documentation and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure accessibility, usability and content governance standards are met.

 

 

 

What You'll Bring

 

  • 5+ years' experience in digital production, digital delivery or continuous improvement roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe platforms, AEM and Adobe Target essential.
  • Strong experience working with agile delivery teams and digital platforms.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, backlog management and roadmap planning.
  • Experience collaborating with development teams to deliver digital experiences.
  • Strong analytical, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, UX, website design and customer experience metrics.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma and Miro.
