About the Opportunity
The Digital Content Producer will be responsible for creating high-performing native content in line with RACV’s strategic and commercial objectives. You will deliver commercial content that drives awareness of RACV products and services, as well as growing penetration into new audiences. Leverage your stakeholder engagement skillset to enhance articles and contribute to what is being published.

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our Content Channels team delivers exceptional service. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:
- Conceptualise and execute written content that supports commercial and advocacy goals
- Use data and analytics to inform content creation and optimisation
- Help build weekly EDM campaigns to grow engagement with RACV content
- Collaborate with our SEO team to produce and optimise content to increase organic search traffic
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders to ensure content product is relevant, accurate and compliant with brand and legal requirements.
Who we’re looking for and what you’ll bring

- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years’ proven experience in content production and strategy execution (corporate environment preferrable)
- Demonstrable experience in writing, editing and digital content production
- Technical and creative expertise in all facets of writing and digital content production from end to end
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or newsletter building (desirable).
