About the Opportunity
The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for the set-up, maintenance and on-going development of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) infrastructure. This role leverages cloud technologies and infrastructure-as-code practices to support rapid, reliable, and innovative service delivery.
The DevOps Engineer will interact with stakeholders and vendor partners, support operations and contribute to evolving and uplifting the engineering practices.

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our Digital Operations & Software Engineering team delivers exceptional service. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:
- Act as SME for CI/CD pipelines, supporting application teams in automating configuration management and release deployment processes
- Collaborate with application tams to enable seamless code releases into test and production environments, while driving self-service capabilities through reliable, automated solutions
- Leverage DevSecOps tools to embed security practices into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring security is integrated throughout the development lifecycle
- Contribute to the adoption of platform engineering practices to streamline infrastructure management and enhance scalability
- Administer and manage source control and artifact repositories, enforcing best practices for versioning, collaboration and security
- Support and drive the advancement of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives for automation and consistency
Who we’re looking for and what you’ll bring

- Expertise working in a DevOps or Platform Engineering team
- Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline management including the automation of infrastructure workflows
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Azure DevOps and/or Atlassian stack (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)
- Proven track record in monitoring pipeline performance and implementing improvements to optimise efficiency and reliability
- Familiarity with Internal Developer Platform (IDP) solutions (desirable)
- Experience with Salesforce, Mulesoft or Adobe Experience Manager (desirable)
- Strong expertise in at least one programming language
