About the Opportunity

 

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to process, and decision loan applications with flair! Someone able to deliver exceptional stakeholder service whilst meeting our compliance obligations.

 

 

This could be just the right role for you

 

Reporting to the Team Leader; your role will be to efficiently assess, investigate and decision loan applications within your Delegated Lending Authority (DLA). You will do this in accordance with our Credit Licence obligations, RACV Responsible Lending policy and all Governing Legislation including NCCPA, AML/CTF and APP (Privacy Principles).

 

 

What you’ll need to be successful

 

  • 2 years’ Commercial and Consumer assessment & DLA decisioning experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of credit risk mitigation and investigation techniques
  • Broad understanding of the Consumer & Commercial lending environments, including the Intermediary Industry
  • Relevant knowledge of governing & regulatory bodies, their Legislation, Acts and function (APRA, ASIC, AFCA)
  • Adept interpretation of Taxation and Accounting documents
  • A genuine collaborative and supportive approach
