As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping how RACV operates behind the scenes, driving business process and system improvements from idea through to implementation. This role offers great exposure to the CFO division, providing a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of RACV's financial operations. 

 

 

A snapshot of what you'll be doing 

 

  • Act as a Billing subject matter expert across projects and initiatives where billing processes are impacted across the business.  

  • Support business case development and risk assessments, providing clear recommendations that enable efficient, sustainable outcomes. 

  • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities, translating them into clear functional and business requirements and tracking the impacts of system and process changes 

  • Partner with stakeholders across initiatives to capture requirements, support change readiness, and contribute to training and adoption activities 

  • Support the triage and resolution of billing-related system issues, working closely with business and technical teams 

 

 

What you’ll need to be successful 

 

  • Tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce, IT or related discipline  

  • Continuous Improvement Analyst certification  

  • 2 years’ experience managing or participating in projects involving a multiplicity of stakeholders  

  • Experience in writing business and system process change requirements and mapping  

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and networking ability 

  • Well developed writing and numerical analysis skills  

  • Time management and prioritisation abilities
