About the Role:
RACV is seeking a talented Community Programs Lead to join our Partnerships team and strengthen our community measurement, reporting and impact.
Reporting to the Partnerships Manager, you will be the engine behind RACV’s community programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Development: Researching community needs and leveraging social data to proactively identify new, high-impact program opportunities for RACV.
- Impact Reporting: Measuring community impact and conducting due diligence on potential partners.
- Stakeholder & Event Management: Building and maintaining trusted relationships with internal departments and external community stakeholders. You will provide specialist advice, manage projects, and support the execution of key events.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, and analytical professional.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of senior-level experience in a combination of Community Development, Stakeholder Management, Data Analysis, and Project Management.
- Proven experience in researching, interpreting and reporting social impact data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Business, or a similar field.
Core Skills for Success:
- Superior Analytical Skills: High-level data analysis skills with a focus on generating actionable quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Exceptional Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Communication & Influence: Outstanding storytelling and presentation skills (especially PowerPoint) to craft compelling narratives and drive a culture of community impact reporting.
- Relationship Builder: Proven ability to build mutually rewarding, long-term relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
