About the opportunity
Reporting to the Team Leader, Club Membership, the Club Membership Administration Consultant plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to RACV Club members. You’ll be the first point of contact for membership enquiries, feedback and applications, supporting members across phone, email and digital channels.
This role balances customer service and administration, from answering membership queries and making restaurant reservations, to processing new memberships, resolving cases and ensuring the accuracy of member data. You’ll also look for opportunities to grow and retain membership by understanding member needs and promoting the value of the RACV Club.
This role well be located on site full time at our CBD office.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver high‑quality service to RACV Club members across calls, emails and web enquiries
- Process new Club Membership applications accurately and efficiently
- Investigate, resolve and escalate member queries and complaints where required
- Maintain accurate membership records and data integrity across systems
- Make RACV Club restaurant reservations and respond to general Club enquiries
- Identify opportunities to grow memberships through cross‑sell or up‑sell conversations
- Contribute to system and process improvements within Club Membership
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations and service targets
About you
You’re a customer focused professional who enjoys helping people and takes pride in getting the details right. You’re confident communicating with members, comfortable handling queries and complaints, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

- Confidence handling member complaints and resolving issues

- Good numeric and literacy skills, with sound financial understanding
