About the Opportunity
The Program Management team is responsible for the governance and end-to-end delivery of major change initiatives, particularly those driven by technology. In addition, the team manages RACV’s Enterprise Quarterly Planning and Prioritisation process, ensuring the optimal sequencing and execution of smaller-scale, non-project work.
As a member of the PMO Change Practice, you will play a key role in supporting the assessment of current and future state changes, identifying impacts, and contributing to the development and execution of change management activities for the SAP ERP Replacement Project. As a Change Analyst you will be involved in facilitating and coordinating change workshops, supporting with comprehensive training needs analyses, and delivering training and business readiness activities.

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our Change Practice team delivers exceptional service. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business relationships and project delivery.
- Managing/Supporting and implementing change activities for one or more streams within the SAP ERP Replacement Project to support the Lead Change Manager and to ensure successful implementation of the project.
- Identifying and managing related issues and risks and report to the Change Practice Lead on the overall performance.
- Managing stakeholder expectations about the project, generating buy-in to the solution, ensuring organisational alignment to deliver business engagement and change readiness.
- Undertaking current and future state gap analyses and assess changes and impacts to ensure that transformation strategy and transition planning meet program objectives.
- Conducting change analysis and change impact assessments and develop and support the delivery of effective change plans and change reporting.
- Documenting change impact assessment outcomes to determine the scale of change and associated business readiness activities required for successful change.
- Providing the analytics and intelligence to validate and guide the change approach and to provide key measurement analytics for the change impacts and effort.
- Supporting the alignment of change and training activities to operating environment changes to facilitate the realisation of identified benefits and to address associated risk.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Change Analyst for change initiatives, such as delivering detailed change and business impact assessments, assessing a range of change intervention options and monitoring the progress of change programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of change management of enterprise-wide IT rollouts within a large complex organisation.
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience conducting stakeholder engagement needs and business readiness assessments, providing change input, guidance and support to others and identifying potential issues and setbacks.
- Experience in using ADKAR change management methodology and impact assessment tools or a similar methodology
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Prosci® Change Management certification or People Centred Implementation (PCI) certification or equivalent demonstrated experience in change management.
- Previous Oracle or Finance ERP experience highly desirable.
- Finance and Accounting knowledge highly desirable
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence highly desirable
