About the Role

 

As a member of the Internal Communications Team, you will contribute to the evolution of the employee experience at RACV. Specifically, you will develop a deep understanding of the business, the stakeholders and their needs to support employee engagement.

 

As Change and Communications Business Partner, you will work closely with the Manager Internal Communications and operational teams to plan and deliver engaging communications and campaigns to support business priorities, engage RACV employees across internal channels and contribute to an exceptional employee experience.

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our Internal Communications team delivers exceptional service. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

 

  • Create and deliver communication strategies and plans that support the launch or embedding of a range of initiatives across RACV.
  • Provide communication and change consulting on day-to-day issues with senior stakeholders with change communications.
  • Build in the RACV corporate narrative and story, to ensure employees have a clear understanding of the journey.
  • Work with key stakeholders and the internal communications team to maximise engagement of diverse employee segments.
  • Ensure that all communications include relevant news from the enterprise and provide a connection for our employees to RACV's purpose, vision, strategy and culture.
  • Instill new ways of working to help create a stronger business and one that delivers an excellent member and employee experience.
  • Support employee engagement through an integrated communication approach.
  • Assist development of divisional internal communication strategies to support business initiatives.
  • Drive and build enterprise-wide / cross business communication initiatives with consideration to divisional strategies.
  • Contribute to the evolution of internal communication channels to help create a stronger business and deliver exceptional employee experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to build RACV’s brand, reputation and voice by developing engaging communication for internal channels.
  • Monitor employee engagement through feedback channels.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate procedures and approvals for the development of internal communication materials.

 

 

What you’ll need to be successful

 

  • Minimum 10 years’ corporate communications experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Communications, Public Affairs or similar desirable
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to professionally present RACV’s image internally.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • An ability to interpret and analyse data, and to interpret and present information in a concise and meaningful manner.
  • Ability to manage and implement results orientated communication initiatives to drive engagement.
