About the Role:
RACV is seeking an accomplished Business Coordinator to provide high-level administrative partnership to the Executive General Manager (EGM) and Leadership Teams, while driving efficiency and coordination across the Transformation and Corporate Affairs teams.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be the vital link ensuring seamless operations for the EGM and the entire division.
- Executive & Leadership Support: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings attend meetings to follow up on actions, and manage all coordination, communications, and administration for the EGM and Leadership Teams.
- Office Management & Culture: Serve as the division warden, oversee the efficient operation of the division on-site, and proactively role model RACV values and ways of working.
- Coordination & Administration: Consistently provide high-level administrative support, including payment of invoices, preparing emails and detailed minutes, coordinating team diaries, and managing complex travel bookings for the Transformation and Corporate Affairs Departments.
- Project & Improvement Focus: Proactively identify opportunities to simplify workflows and deliver operational improvements. Participate, coordinate, and lead specific divisional projects and activities to drive business outcomes.
- Systems & People Support: Maintain divisional intranet information and databases, support all people and contractor-related activities associated with onboarding and offboarding (including systems access and equipment), and maintain vital divisional records.
What You'll Bring:
We are looking for an individual with proven experience in a similar demanding, fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years of extensive administrative experience in a complex corporate setting.
- Extensive stakeholder management experience with a proven ability to build collaborative and effective working relationships.
- Very strong presentation, communication, and written skills with impeccable accuracy.
- Demonstrated proficiency as a collaborative and strong team player.
- Advanced MS Office 365 skills.
