About the Opportunity

 

Ready to make an impact? Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you’ll take the lead as the primary point of contact for all general ledger reconciliation services across designated customer groups within the wider RACV business.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our Accounts team delivers outstanding service. Your day-to-day will include:

 

• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Month‑end journals, schedules, and variance analysis
• Fixed asset activities (capitalisations, transfers, disposals)
• Working closely with AP/AR, Billing and Finance BPs
• Keeping documentation clear, complete, and audit‑ready
• Supporting ongoing process improvement

 

What You’ll Bring

 

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and brings:

 

• 1–3 years’ accounting/finance experience
• Strong reconciliation/GL exposure
• Good Excel skills (LOOKUPs, pivots)
• ERP (SAP/BlackLine) experience is a bonus but not essential
• Detail‑focused, reliable, friendly, and curious
