About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Administrative Coordinator who is a Data Entry Superstar, to join our team at our Melbourne location. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day finance operations of our Travel & Experience & Cliqit departments
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing all functions relating to accounts payable, including supplier onboarding, receiving, coding, processing invoices to ensure efficient payment of accounts
- Performing all functions relating to accounts receivable, including checking and sending invoices, reconciling debtor accounts and monitoring & follow up overdue invoices
- End of month preparation
- Data entry, Reporting & Analysis
- Other Administrative tasks as needed
- Performing reconciliation for different products and services
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum two years’ experience in accounts payable or receivable
- Comprehensive understanding of financial information including accounts receivable, payable
- Qualification in accounting, finance or business, desirable
- Outstanding Computer skills especially accounting software like SAP , Microsoft Office Suite & Xero
- Strong analytical, numeracy and literacy skills, excellent time -management skills
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously
- High attention to detail and ability to resolve problems
- Ability to adapt in a changing environment
