About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Administrative Coordinator  who is a Data Entry Superstar, to join our team at our Melbourne location. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day finance operations of our Travel & Experience & Cliqit departments
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing all functions relating to accounts payable, including supplier onboarding, receiving, coding, processing invoices to ensure efficient payment of accounts
  • Performing all functions relating to accounts receivable, including checking and sending invoices, reconciling debtor accounts and monitoring & follow up overdue invoices
  • End of month preparation
  • Data entry, Reporting & Analysis
  • Other Administrative tasks as needed
  • Performing reconciliation for different products and services

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in accounts payable or receivable
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial information including accounts receivable, payable
  • Qualification in accounting, finance or business, desirable
  • Outstanding Computer skills especially accounting software like SAP , Microsoft Office Suite & Xero
  • Strong analytical, numeracy and literacy skills, excellent time -management skills
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously
  • High attention to detail and ability to resolve problems
  • Ability to adapt in a changing environment
