About the Opportunity
Working within the Home Portfolio department, this is an integral role supporting RACV’s accelerated growth ambitions in Trades. As Acquisition & Retention Manager you will drive sales performance and channel optimisation across our Trades portfolio.
Stakeholder engagement is an essential component of this role as you will work with various channels to optimise interactions that we have with customers. Working with the Trades product and operational delivery teams will be vital, together with driving marketing activities, you will be collaborative and analytical in nature. This role will require travel to our Noble Park office.

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our Trades team delivers exceptional service. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:
- Identify opportunities to introduce sales driving initiatives and post-purchase engagement/retention activity
- Develop trials to inform new offers to uplift sales and channel performance, using an iterative approach to test what works before offers are scaled
- Work with call centre and shop network partners as a key channel to test strength of new propositions and offers
- Influence and support the delivery of ongoing optimisations of existing (and new) lifecycle communication journeys such as onboarding and renewals
- Manage ongoing relationships with our trade network partners to optimise category performance
- Manage the relationship with the outbound sales team, coordinating existing campaigns and initiating new trials
- Identify trends and opportunities within customer feedback and drive initiatives to implement improvements
Who we’re looking for and what you’ll bring

- Relevant Tertiary qualification such as business, product or marketing
- Exceptional understanding of customer drivers, methodologies and campaign tools
- Experience in both strategy development and delivery for 1:1 communication programs
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to meet agreed acquisition and retention targets within a growth context
- Solutions focused approach to problem solving and a growth mindset
- Prior experience in insurance, trades and/or property (advantageous)
