A day in the life
As an Acceptance Officer you will efficiently process, assess and decision loan applications within your Delegated Lending Authority, whilst communicating with internal and external stakeholders in doing so.
Everything you do will be compliant with our Licencing obligations NCCPA, RACV Finance Policy and all Governing Legislation including, AML/CTF and APPP
We’re looking for…
- Mandatory Minimum 3 years’ Consumer and Commercial Assessment and Acceptance experience, including a thorough knowledge of diligence and assessment
- Proven ability to Autonomously operate with your own Lending Authority
- A natural collaborator
The successful applicant will have the following traits and skills:
- A balanced and natural decision-making ability
- Adept at conflict resolution, able to think laterally with negotiation skills
- Very strong attention detail
- Self-motivated and punctual
- Ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently
- Always curious and challenging to find better ways
