Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll influence outcomes, solve complex challenges, and ensure RACV continues to deliver exceptional digital experiences for our members.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • Strong expertise across AEM architecture (Sites, Assets, Headless, integrations)

  • Hands-on development capability across AEM (Sling, HTL, OSGi) and modern front-end frameworks (React/Next.js)

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), including cloud-native architecture, deployment models, and operational best practices

  • Ability to design scalable solutions and enforce engineering best practices and governance

  • Strong background in code reviews, technical mentoring, and capability uplift

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure

  • Experience driving DevOps, CI/CD, and improving platform health and performance

  • Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to act as a senior escalation point

  • Experience leading multiple squads or initiatives in an Agile environment

  • Experience in mentoring, training, and providing direction to Junior Developers
