About the Opportunity

 

The 1:1 Marketing and Communications team is dedicated to delivering exceptional member experiences that deepen connections and foster loyalty. By creating timely and relevant communications, the team actively identifies opportunities to drive member engagement and retention. Our responsibility spans developing and executing strategic communications across compliance and service portfolios, ensuring a seamless and integrated multi-channel approach.

 

As the 1:1 Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will be a vital contributor, supporting the Marketing Lead and the broader team in executing key marketing initiatives and managing operational member communications. You will also take ownership of several small to medium-scale communication projects, driving them from concept to completion. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and enjoys working independently.

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our Marketing & Communications team deliver exceptional service. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

 

  • Develop communication plans and briefs (under guidance, where appropriate), which facilitate operational planning (and implementation), the Salesforce Marketing Cloud process (internal) and fulfilment (mailing houses).
  • Coordinate the production of communications (compliance and service) and marketing projects, ensuring appropriate sign-off from relevant parties including product, legal and compliance.
  • Coordinate service communications and marketing communications in line with our strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Support the Marketing Lead in the implementation of Brand and Marketing strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain service communications content calendars to support Brand and Marketing key feature campaigns.
  • Track compliance communication progress including reporting and overall PIR on communication initiatives.

 

 

What you’ll need to be successful

 

  • Strong communications development and execution skills with experience across a range of marketing channels.
  • High level of stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience in working in fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter.
  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Effective communicator, credible and naturally inquisitive
