About the Opportunity

 

The 1:1 Marketing and Communications team is accountable for delivering exceptional member experiences that strengthen relationships with our members, while identifying opportunities to drive retention and acquisition through relevant and timely communications. The 1:1 Marketing and Communications team is responsible for developing and delivering communications across the compliance and service portfolios. This includes member experience, communication development and delivery across an integrated channel mix.

 

As the 1:1 Marketing and Communication Coordinator, you will play an integral role providing support to the Marketing Consultant and 1:1 Marketing and Communications team on key marketing initiatives and operational member communications while taking a lead on a number of projects across small and medium communications initiatives. You are someone who thrives in an agile environment and who enjoys working autonomously.

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our Marketing & Communications team deliver exceptional service. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

 

  • Develop communication plans and briefs (under guidance, where appropriate), which facilitate operational planning (and implementation), the Salesforce Marketing Cloud process (internal) and fulfilment (mailing houses).
  • Coordinate the production of communications (compliance and service) and marketing projects, ensuring appropriate sign-off from relevant parties including product, legal and compliance.
  • Coordinate service communications and marketing communications in line with our strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Support Marketing Consultant in the implementation of Brand and Marketing strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain service communications content calendars to support Brand and Marketing key feature campaigns.
  • Track compliance communication progress including reporting and overall PIR on communication initiatives.

 

 

What you’ll need to be successful

 

  • Strong communications development and execution skills with experience across a range of marketing channels
  • High level of stakeholder management experience
  • Experience in working in fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter
  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Effective communicator, credible and naturally inquisitive
