About the Opportunity

 

As Change Manager, you will focus on a variety of digital and technology based projects and apply your change management expertise to lead delivery on activities to realise benefits. You will develop and deliver effective implementation approaches including key change plans, communication, and engagement.

As an active member of the Change Practice, you will provide input into the Project Management framework deliverables, as well as the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate organisational change and engagement plans and strategies, including contributing to scope planning and business case development where required
  • Partner with project and business stakeholders to complete high level and detailed change analytics/diagnostics to determine scale and risk of change impacts
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop stakeholder management and resistance plans
  • Define, measure, and monitor change metrics and create and implement action plans to ensure business change readiness
  • Support learning plan analysis and implementation to increase user readiness
  • Prepare support plans for end users as part of hypercare implementation processes

 

What you’ll need to be successful

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in business related field or equivalent demonstrated experience in change manager
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence, and CRM and digital solutions, including Salesforce and system integrations (highly desirable)
  • Exposure to process, role and organisational change implementations across a range of role types
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the tools, techniques and methodologies for change management
  • People Centred Implementation (PCI) ® or Prosci® Change Management certification
  • Plans, schedules, and monitors work to meet given objectives and processes to time and quality targets
  • Communicates fluently, orally and in writing, and can present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences when engaging with colleagues, users/customers, suppliers and partners
